  • Last Revised: May 28, 2026

For the purpose of providing the Website and understanding its usage status, the Provider may automatically collect the following information.

  • IP address
  • Browser type, OS, device type, screen size, and other viewing environment information
  • Referrer URL, pages viewed, date and time of access, duration of stay, and other access information
  • Information obtained through cookies, local storage, tags, and other similar identifiers
  • Consent status regarding cookie settings and the date and time of updates to such status

1-2. Information Voluntarily Provided When Making an Inquiry

If a user contacts the Provider by email or other means, the Provider may collect information contained in that communication. This may include the user's name, email address, affiliation, details of the inquiry, and information necessary to respond.

2. Purposes of Use

The Provider uses the collected information for the following purposes.

  • Display, operation, and maintenance of the Website
  • Understanding usage status of the Website, improvement of the Website, and optimization of content
  • Investigation of failures, prevention of unauthorized use, and security response
  • Responding to inquiries and making necessary communications
  • Compliance with related laws and regulations and response to disputes

3. External Transmission and Third-Party Services

3-1. Google Analytics 4

The Website uses Google Analytics 4 provided by Google in order to understand usage status. The Website loads the Google tag when a user opens the Website and operates it with a default consent state of denied. In that state, consent-related or cookieless signals may be sent to Google. Only when a user consents to access analytics is analytics_storage updated to granted, enabling fuller measurement that uses identifiers such as cookies. The collected information is managed in accordance with terms and policies established by Google.

3-2. Hosting Infrastructure, etc.

The Website is provided using hosting infrastructure and other infrastructure services. On such infrastructure, access logs, source communication information, error information, and the like may be recorded for stable operation and the maintenance of security.

4. Retention Period of Information

The Provider may retain collected information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use, or for the period required by law.

The retention period of information concerning access analytics is subject to the settings of the analytics service or hosting infrastructure used. Information concerning inquiries may be retained for a certain period even after completion of the response in order to review past response history, handle follow-up inquiries, or comply with laws and regulations.

5. User Choices

Users may make certain choices regarding the collection of information related to the Website by the following methods.

  • Changing or withdrawing consent regarding access analytics at any time from "Cookie Settings" at the bottom of the Website
  • Restricting or deleting acceptance of cookies through browser settings
  • Restricting collection of information by Google Analytics 4 by using settings or opt-out measures provided by Google
  • Refraining from sending voluntarily provided information by choosing not to send email to the Provider

In order to retain the above choices, the Provider stores the minimum necessary information in local storage. Even when a user does not consent to access analytics, consent-related or cookieless signals may still be sent to Google as part of applying consent states and basic Google tag operation. If cookies or local storage are disabled, some displays, retention of settings, or measurement on the Website may not function as intended.

6. Minors

If a minor uses the Website or sends personal information to the Provider, please do so after obtaining the consent of a parent or guardian or other legal representative as necessary.

7. Changes to This Policy

The Provider may change this Policy as necessary. The revised Policy shall become effective at the time it is published on the Website or on a separately specified effective date.
